We had purchased a new Eon Godrej fridge on exchange basis on 12.04.08.from your Kolkata Main Show Room at Salt-lake, Sector 5 Complaint lodged about excess ice problem with icicles in the freezer on 11.12.08. Complaint no.566792. Your service mechanic inspected and diagnosed the problem and suggested that the freezer door is defective and needs replacement.
