I hired Todd Engerman to rip out my leaking shower and install a new shower pan and then tile it. He talked like he knew what he was doing and seemed like a clean cut guy. I gave him the job. His bid was lower and competitive, but not too low as to cause any hesitation. I met with him at Home Depot in North Seattle.
