My wife had a pair of lens made by this vendor and they just did not turn out quite "right". We contacted the owner, a Steve Villani, who at first indicated the lenses were made to the script submitted. When she said they did not fully correct my vision properly he reconsidered and offerred to replace the Verilux Panamic lenses or would let me keep the glasses had, if she wanted, and try again in another frame. These came out fine and though it was a bit of a hassle and took 4-5 weeks to get a pair with the proper lenses I finally had the matter resolved and had two glasses one just so-so and the other made to the proper specifications. read full review »
