We missed a flight from NY LaGuardia Airport because of extra heavy traffic as a result of the NYC Police closing the Throgs Neck Bridge due to an abandoned car which could have been a threat. The person at the Air Tran did not comprehend the problem and neither he or his supervisor were helpful in finding an alternative flight. We found a flight on Delta without their help and they now refuse to refund our fare for the flight we missed. read full review »
