The post I read about the owner of highland farms from Waxhaw comes as no surprize to me, he has a policy of routinely firing employees at his stores over trivial complaints lodged by some idiotic customers. he is arrogant ' and treats employees like dirt. I suppose this is not all that uncommon when dealing with someone who has vast amounts of money and feels he is beyond anyone else, seeing others as cattle and he the sheppard. This kind of man is exactly why there are Unions. I don't deny his right to dicipline employees but firings for what amounts to nonsense or a cronic complainer is rediculous. read full review »
