This my second complaint that Pandwill willing sold defective ipad wall chargers. They received almost one million dollars in sales of ipad accessories 50% are untested and defective. These items are for export with duty and postage fees that do not make it cost effective to return. There are no return shipping labels and management claims returns are to many addresses.
