I bought a used car and feel ripped off. My car was totaled in an accident and my insurance will not help me. Nor did the other person make a statement so they could determine who was at fault they just blamed me cause I reported it. I purchased gap insurance and they wont help me. I had it towed and they sent the tow bill to collections. I feel they are ripping people off the car isn't worth what I paid and I've invested thousands of dollars in repairs and now have no car and owe a bill. If I could sue them I would.
