I was helping a neighbor try to get a grant for home improvment, and was told a $2.97 fee would be charged to my credit card, and it was, plus I was also charged $57.61 on my credit card and should not have been. My neighbor Juan Yarnel, does not have a computer or credit card, so it was charged to mine, This man does not read and is in need of help to get his home in livable condition, and I was trying to help him, But I cannot afford to be charged more than the $2.97 as I am a senior citizen and living on a fixed income and charged more than told.
