Husband was hit by a USAA insured driver this morning. Claims department couldn't be more UNHELPFUL-- wanted us to go through our insurance & pay our deductible when their client was issued a citation for improper left turn. Would not send a tow truck to tow his inoperable car (he had just dropped me off at work-- so I was also car-less). Was told if the city of atlanta kept the car in their impound lot over 24 hours, they were not responsible for the charges!!! Worst insurance company ever. read full review »
