I purchased a bedroom set with a Sealy Hunter Creek pillow top mattress. The mattress began to sag, causing lower back, shoulder and neck discomfort after just two months. I callled the store and was told I had to got through their claims process. Nearly a month has gone by since I initiated the claim. The Service Tech is going to come out tomorrow to "try to find away to reject my claim" This has been a nightmare, I have never been treated so badly for a mattress that is obviously defective.
