I went into a Haverty Store here in Richmond, VA and was approached by a slaesman. I advised him that I was just looking, well in doing so I found some items tha I wanted to purchase for my home but i had some concerns because I have minor children and i did not want to pay all this money only to have it fall apart. Well the salesman told me abot the so called protection plan and he sold me on it and I decided to make the purchase.
