Reservation was made on 7/20/10 for 24' truck for a one-way move in state (approx. 240 miles). Was given reservation number (made reservation online). Called pick-up location twice (about a week before) to make sure truck would be available. Both times I was told that truck would be available as promised. On 8/7/10 (date of pick-up), we arrived at the pick-up location to find no truck.
