I authorized Equifax to run a one time credit check on a tenant. The $12.95 fee continued to show on my Visa statement for a year and a half!! They repeatedly refused to reverse any charges, provided fraudulent charges every month. I called and spoke with w a supervisor and they told me there was nothing that can be done, that I had authorized the charges. Lies! They had my Visa card number, but my EX HUSBANDS NAME. They refused to reverse any of the charges because his name is on the account yet they are using MY Visa number. If you are considering using this company..run as fast as you can. read full review »
