I just received a survey call from citizens bank asking how satisfied I was with them. Little did the young lady on the phone know that my bank account at Citizens Bank was deemed "Inactive" and debited for monthly "inactive fees" until the balance was depleted recently. The customer service response when I requested Citizens bank return the funds to my account; "Sorry that's our policy". Yeah, I got it, They are in business to make money.
