It is unbelievable that I am only able to have internet through Road Runner. This is a monopoly, they know that and take advantage of it. Two months later my services started being terrible, my internet dropped every three minutes. They came replaced the modem, nothing changed. I spent two HOURS on the phone with them running terrible and useless tests, for nothing. They came today, and told me that it is the technician was extremely rude.
