I contacted Direct TV at least 7 times today, trying to get my billing corrected. I purchased a mountain home and signed up for Direct TV at Sam's Club from what I thought at the time was a Direct TV Rep, but was from Smart Circle International. During this period, I signed a contract that included an upgraded receiver DVR and $120 discount for being a "Plus Member at Sam's.
