Horrible Experience. I ordered a laptop from them because they had a really good price. there was an issue with verifying my credit card. I didnt find this out until the next day when I had to call in to make sure everything was ok. they took my number down and said they will have the verification dept. contact me withing 15 min. i waited an hour and no phone call. i called back and they gave me the same answer...they said they will have someone call me back within 15 min. so i agreed.
