DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECOST!!! Their policies are EXTREMELY unfair to buyers. I received a defective Linkstation and was told I cannot return it and they could not replace it since they were out of stock. They only left me one options, which was to pay for a much more expensive model. Hmm...let me think...what if the more expensive model comes to me defective too and it just happens to be out of stock. Then what? Also, I noticed their replies on this site is another slap in the face to any dissatisfied customer. read full review »
