You people!!! You complain and complain and complain about the employees when you fail to realize that WE DON'T MAKE THE POLICIES! I am always extremely polite with people. Even when they have completely unnecessary attitudes toward me. I go out of my way to help anyone who asks me for help, and if a customer walks away from me unhappy or dissatisfied its always, ALWAYS because of a policy they don't agree with.
