Accomline and Hotelclub are actually businesses of ORBITZ. I saw no complaints under Accomline.com and happily booked my 2 nights hotel room in Ho Chi Minh. Then, when I get the voucher, it stated that ORBITZ has paid to the booked hotel. Only then did I search under Orbitz and saw the long list of frightening complaints.
