Learn from my experience with Miken Construction Inc. I completed all the work they requested and listed on their REPAIR LIST. I was told by them that the Real Estate Agent that was to sell this property took pictures of unsatisfactory work and work not up to par. an now they won't pay me what they owe me! Then the story changed 3 weeks later that the pictures were taken by a third party that was known by them for 30 years. They can't even get the story straight!
