The company sells boat parts online, but while the web site says that the parts are in stock and ready to ship, they really are not. After you order something, they then order from their supplier, when they actually get it they then ship it to you. They don't actually stock anything. They will send you an email saying that your parts are "special order items" and say it will take an additional 7-10 business days before they will ship to you.
