I purchased the Sanyo VPC-ZH1R High-Def Recorder from ComputerGeeks.com Two weeks later, the device stopped functioning and I RMA'd it for a replacement. The replacement was previously used, did not contain one of the two batteries nor the SD card. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they "Someone will try and locate the missing parts. Tech Support will contact you within 24 hours." Two months later I still have not been contacted, I still don't have the parts, and they will no longer respond to my emails.
