Bought round trip from BWI to Atl for my 14 year old niece. After confirmation called the 800 number for gate passes, no problems. She arrived 2 hours in advance to leave and no mother had no pass. After over an hour mother was told she would have to leave to go to the gate, her plane was boarding. She got there and they closed the doors, the flight was overbooked, to bad.
