Sticking to the facts, this reseller does not send a dollar amount recipt with orders, and are the biggest slackers when it comes to providing a recipt or support I've seen in the 2 years and 40+ orders I've made on the web, Andrew and Megan did nothing when (called) and requested a reciept be sent, there ok about sending products but don't look for any support at all, I lost a rebate because of there don't give a damn attitude and actions, you may want to consider buying elsewhere if a rebate is involved, I on the other hand will not be doing (ANY) business with EGGHEAD again, heed this warning. read full review »
