Terrible experience. I ordered a Samsung D900i unlocked. Received it with a T-Mobil brand, which I hadn't requested. Received order with out any receipt or packing slip. The phone also came with a travel charger with a huge European 3-pronged plug and an outlet adapter. This wasn't disclosed in advance. I had a very difficult time reaching CS: voice mail doesn't take messages; e-mail wasn't returned; my order number was invalid; my log-in didn't work. I finally reached someone on the phone.
