I have had a very bad experience while trying to resolve the problems with my refrigerator. The first (unresolved) complaint i had logged was on 14-feb-2009. The door of my refrigerator is developing small dents. Mr Sriharsha from samsung came down to inspect, accepted that its a genuine problem and he would replace the door in another 2 months time (max). This is still not done. I have been following up with his boss who is Mr. Vilas. Mr. Sriharsha has reported to Mr. Vilas that its the customers fault and they are not at fault.!! Amazing??... read full review »
