Use this vendor at your own peril! I purchased a Metal Gear Box external dual bay hard drive enclosure. egoodz claims a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after 9 months. I checked the documentation for manufacturer warranty info and found no references for warranty or manufacturer contact info. Several emails to egoodz concerning their warranty statement have received no reply. It appears egoodz falsely stated a warranty and/or they offer no support. I would not believe the information they post and based on my experience (and other comments), they should be avoided. read full review »
