Low rate to get you in and then the rate increases within 6 months. My rent increased almost 30% after 12 months. Then my unit at their Linden location flooded because of the facilities HVAC next door leaking and I suffered several thousands of dollars in damages. I moved out of the unit and had to go through their outside insurer to get reimbursed and was only covered up to $2000.
