We built a home and used Anderson windows thinking that we choose the better window company WRONG. Since day 1 we have have nothing but issue's . The builders were no help either. I have had Rep's from Anderson and actually seen & tried working the windows themselves & know for a fact we have major problems. They tried 1 thing to resolve the issue of only 1 problem (which was for the drafts coming through) which didn't work.
