I ordered a Canon Elura 100 and did not recieve it until after almost 20 days. It was meant to be for the birth of my newborn child and it never arrived. Poor poor poor customer service. I was hung up on multiple times and given a tremendous run around, as well as promised rebates which never actually materialized. read full review »
