Avoid these people at all costs. Not worth the headache and long waits on their "support" line. Ordered through amazon a router from them. Waited a week. UPS shows "Exception" missing apartment number so they basically sent my order with a wron address. emailed a few times and no response. finally got through to support on their line. The lady sounded like she was sleeping and i just woke her up. They would not call UPS to reroute it and instead offered to send it back once they get it again.
