I purchased a Canon Rebel XS with Paypal account on ShopNBC. Transaction went through without a problem.A week later, I receive an email from ShopNBC stating sorry we can not process your order, that we over estimated demand.Now, I could see this happening on occasion but for it to take a week before they can figure this out, is poor communications and a terrible way to conduct online business.What if it was a gift and a week later "Sorry".
