I've never been treated so badly by a company. I felt harassed and threatened. Management is no better than staff. My issue was so small, any other company would have solved it without subjecting me to threats. Planet Fitness has the bad habit of resolving issues with their members with threats of membership cancellation and or suggestions that member should cancel the membership themselves.
