Paid in full for membership from 8/16/08 to 12/30/09. Club closed in Dec. 2008 without notice leaving a portion of my membership unused. Under the rules set down by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, which are written into the Golds Gym agreement, a gym must give 30-days notice of closure and offer comparable facilities within five miles to the existing gym to avoid being in breach of contract. read full review »
