Bank of America is the worst, they would not refi me but said I qualify for a modification. That was back in Oct. of 2009 by Fed. 2010 they approved trail payments. They send Fed Ex packages sometime twice a month for the same financial info over and over. The one time I did't send a package back was because the Hope team in early July said "your loan is under review" so you don't need to send us any further info. You should hear an outcome soon.
