I have been shopping with Botach for years and recently having more issues along with others. I understand companies make mistakes but after a week I ask where my order was they stated it was being processed I ask to add more items and then I get another email from another person. In all it has been over a 1 1/2 weeks 10 emails and my order still hasn't been placed because they were out of one item.
