I purchased a weed eater at the end of 2009. It has never worked properly. I took it back to Home Depot and it was replaced with another one that did not work properly. I called their customer service number and was told to take the weed eater to their warranty repair store. I have taken it four times and each time I was assured that it had been repaired, only to find out that it had not been. I have gotten no use from this product because it has never worked properly.
