It's been 21 years since I've been to a Jiffy Lube. In 1989 they improperly installed an oil filter on my car causing the engine to seize up. They refused to take responsibility and I could not afford to pursue legal action. I have been boycotting them ever since and I have made it my mission to tell everyone to avoid Jiffy Lube . I estimate that I have cost them over $25, 000 dollars in lost business over the years. Screw them. read full review »
