I received a phone call tonight from someone saying that i had taken out a loan in Dec. 2009 and never paid it back. First I DID NOT take this loan out and I NEVER got any money from this company. They say I have a choice, pay back the money, mind you i NEVER RECeiVED THIS MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, or i would have to pay $5, 000 and change if i loose the case! And tell my job what is going on.
