I signed up for the 14 free trial offer nd it isn't what it is cracked up to be. I wasn't abe to use it at all. At the end of the free trial, they charged me for a full year of service. I thought I would be charged by the month and not an annual lump sum (that is in the fine print). I discovered they had charged PayPal within hours of them doing so. I called to cancel the service, but they wouldn't refund my money - more or less said too bad, but we are keeping your money.
