I purchased an Walmart Money Card for my cousin and kept the authorization number so that it could not be used by anyone but my cousin. The card was stolen in the mail. When I called Walmart asked them to cancel the card because it was stolen. They told me that they gave the authorization number to the theft because they called for the authorization number. I asked for a refund of my money since they gave the authorization code to the theft.
