I received a magicJack form my father. He used it a few years ago when he went over seas and he said he had no major problems with. I hooked it up to my computer and tried to register it, got to the page where I submitted my credit card info then it just went blank. So i contacted their joke of a customer service. Its a live chat and it is horrible. After 5 hours of chatting, 4 "upgrades", submitting my credit card info 7 times and even giving them remote access to my computer the problem was never fixed.
