Several days ago my son's Runescape account was banned. Two days prior Jagex charged my credit card. My son had 32 credits (more than 1 month) when his account was banned. I contacted them for a refund since my son could no longer pay and they refused. However, they should refund my account, because they banned him before his previous month subscription was up.
