Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Purchased a 1000W generator. It failed out of the box. 120VAC output was reading 150VDC, the 12VDC output was reading 20VDC. No quality control. Called the service number in City of Industry, CA was treated like I was bothering them. The supervisor Kelly was aggressive, curt and wanted to punish me for calling.
