rec'd text & email today from at&t that my smartphone requires a data plan of $25/mo (appropriate plan by added by at&t)and added to my account by at&t. so I called at&t to remove data plan feature customer service at at&t stated unable to remover data paln as long as I'm using any smartphone...so i asked to cancel my account she just hang up the phone...why should consumers required to have data plan using smartphone or not... thats not right... read full review »
