over the past month i have tried 3 times to change my address over the phone. today my new checks come in so i call to see if my address change has gone through and it has not. adding this to putting 1 teller at the 3 driveup windows at 4 pm on fridays makes me think about going back to bank of america (JK) but i am closing my account (already moved my business account) and getting another sun bank account. read full review »
