I was just informed that the company I puchase an extended warranty from (MOGI) was a complete scam. I bought the coverage in September of 2009. an have paid them $140.00 per month. Am I able to claim any of that money back ? Please contact me, and advise me of my rights. I am on Social Security Disability and this has put me in a serious bind.
