The refrigerator started giving cooling problem, because of compressor problem, as told by company people. The problem was mentioned to company. the person came and dod some minor adjustment only, He told that regrigeratoy, which is under warranty period may have to be replaced and asked for 2300 Rs for that. This is ridiculous. Now the refrigerator has stopped functioning at all. This is due to faulty ompress but company is asking 400 Rs for even comig to my house. This is CRM this company is managing. The company is requested to repair or repalce the faulty part immediately. read full review »
