Ion Labs, Inc. of Clearwater Florida agreed to manufacture 16, 000 bottles of a private label liquid energy supplement for me in the fall of 2009. They researched the formula and handled the whole process of formula development, bottle selection, seal selection, sealing, packaging, and shipping. The product arrived with defective seals. Each bottle had a defective seal, making the whole shipment unusable. I asked them to replace the product.
